Location: Gym at Roudenbush, 65 Main Street , Westford

August 24  (Wed) 6:30 pm—8:30 pm FREE

Join ER veterinarian Chris D’Orazio of the Westford Veterinary Emergency Referral Center for a FREE pet first aid class. Learn how to take your dog or cat’s vital signs, bandage a wound, perform CPR, move an injured animal, and more in this interactive class. Leashed, well-behaved dogs are welcome. Children ages 10 and up accompanied by a parent or guardian are encouraged to attend.

WBZ TV will film the class for a story on the importance of pet first aid. Since there is a good chance many people in the class will be on television, all participants must sign a media release form in advance.

Please consider bringing clean sheets, blankets, towels, pet food, treats or toys to the class. These much needed supplies will be delivered to the Lowell Humane Society.

Call  Roberta Hershon:  781 258-1710 or Lisa Klockars-Carter to register and for details: 978 577-6525.
