Although the in-person event for Howl’ween 2020 was canceled due to COVID concerns, the CDA has decided to host a VIRTUAL costume contest.
This contest will have one prize winner, and YOU all will be the judges. The owner of the photo with the most votes will receive a $25 Amazon gift card.
