         1. monthly donation from Teri Koral, donations from Hilary Waldron and Nina Stavros
      2. Mobile phones? (Final collection?) (pending)
      3. Phase III Brick orders 
         1. Order placed. Waiting for delivery date to schedule a mason
      4. Pet CPR+ (WAS April 25)
         1. Will be postponed to spring or later.
      5. Doggie Photo Shoot (WAS May 6 & May 9) 
         1. Cancel for now.
      6. Cars & Canines (Frank Rondeau) (Sept 19 10-2)
         1. Successful! $ given to LHS
         2. Waiting for professional pics to load to online gallery.
      7. Howl’ween (Oct 10 11-2)
         1. We will be using the main park
         2. Need to finalize the program & schedule
         3. No Grill – no cooked food.
         4. Serving Chips, Soda, Water [Will to purchase from Costco on Friday]
         5. Vendors (Will) —  3 maybe 4
         6. Games – Spinner and Plinko
            Did not finish the bean bag toss game.
         7. Volunteers (Joyce)? 
            1. Check-in will be writing the entries as dictated by owners. No pen exchange.
         8. Masks are required! Board of Health WILL be stopping by because people have called them with concerns over the event.
         9. Will be raising the Dog Park flag at the event.
         10. Setup: 
             1. Tents and Tables (at least 10 feet apart).
             2. Signs reminding people to wear masks and distance 6’
             3. Marks on ground in front of tables which will gather a queue.

         2. 6 members added/renewed —  -58 members non-renewed this year
