• Officer Reports
  1. President’s Report (Will)
     1. Discussion of Lowell Humane Society and Director role. Will proposed a 5th Board Member be from LHS. Crystal A. thought it was a good idea. 1 person sent to the meeting a month. Doesn’t need to be the same person.
     2. CDA Memberships:
        • 84 Current Members
        • 1 Current Corporate Membership CJ K9 Lifestyle
        • (final count) 30 Transfers
  2. Website and Media Report (Will)

  3. Treasurer’s Report
     1. ($ + $Bank) ($ – PayPal) First amount checking, 2nd amount savings
     2. Still need to transfer $ for FCDP
     3. Payments: (Poop Bag Dispensers, hardware, printing flyers) ~$ Dispensers on backorder for a year.
     4. Income: (Princeton Properties & private) $ — Correction donations from Cummings Properties Charitable Fund Group Giving
     5. Paypal – shift control of account (in process) to Will. Sandra still has control.
• Committee Reports
  1. Fundraising/Events Committee Report (Kathy, Executive Director)
     • Donations
     • Mobile phones?
       (Final collection?) Kari and Vivian 6 between them. At least 15 to be sent in.
     • Phase III Brick orders
       (order site is live and Paypal is fixed!)
       Discussed:Step terracing, benches back to park work with DPAC.
     • Pet CPR+ (April 25, 11-2 – Community Center at North Town Hall)
       Advertise to Vets and Groomers.
     • Doggie Photo Shoot (May 6, 3-7 & May 9, 10-6 – CDP Rental Area)
       Christopher J. Banks – NE Graphix
       1 8×10 (photographer’s choice) from each shoot/set
       1 raffle to win a photo package set Box of pictures, $5.00 donation,  
       DPAC has contract. Volunteers from Jill Wagner’s company.
     • Cars & Canines (Frank Rondeau) (June?) 10am – 2pm june 27
       There is a car community. There will be modern cars there.  Modern Muscle Group. Expectation of 20 to 30 cars.   Dog pictures with cars. Digital photo for $10.00. Ensure bottled water available for dogs. Possibility of Lowell Humane Present advertising pets for adoption.   Contact Dunkins, K and J, Java Room and Panera to see if they would donate coffee.
       – Permission granted from DPAC to use CDPe “Overflow” section
       – Need to check with DPW to use their lot
       – Profits to be given to Lowell Humane Society Modern cars Modernal muscle group cars, 20 to 30 cars.
  2. Volunteers/Membership (Joyce, Chairperson, Executive Director)
     • Membership forms updated (Google drive and website) $20.00 single, $25.00 couple, $30.00 family, $40.00 for company. Update membership form.
     • Fundraising – CDA to participate in LHS Muddy Paws May 30. CDA to provide basket for raffle. Art on the Brook to be held in Fall. CDA may participate.
     • Volunteer organization plans Contact members not part of CDA.
• Old Business/Open Issues
  1. Pins (Tabled – no action)
     Target Spring 2020 for general pin design, possibly an event specific pin for Spring Events.
  2. Flagpoles at CDP (Tabled – no action until Spring thaw)  Friends rent for Auger. Need 30 to 40 people to plant trees. Trees will have 10 foot surround.
  3. Contest for the design of a dog park flag
     • CHS, Nashoba Tech, WA approached + social media posts (no responses yet) Kathy and Joyce to approach schools. Contact art teachers who have students under 18. Contact Parker and McCarthy. Two winners will receive $25.00
  4. Transfer of Physical Assets to FCDP (tabled pending inventory in the spring) 2 tables, at least 1 table and CDA Bin.
