Brutus’ Blog – Brutus Says Hello!

Hello, My name is Brutus and I am a 3 year old, 75lb Swedish Foxhound, but I think I’m a lap dog! My Mom and Dad rescued me as a puppy *Shout out to Humane Society for Greater Nashua! * I am not a Beagle, nor am I part Beagle. I’m very sensitive about it, but Mom and Dad like to tease me sometimes and call me a “Regal Beagle” as I sit on the stair landing like King of the house. We live in Chelmsford and I can’t wait until the park opens for the doggies! We will have so much fun!

My Hobbies include, sleeping, barking, more sleeping, and playing with my Nana and Grandpa’s dog Patrice. Nana and Grandpa are Mummy’s parents. Their dog is a Pembroke Welsh Corgi and much smaller than me, but we have fun running in Nana and Grandpa’s back yard. Sometimes I go to Doggy Day camp at Petsmart. I love to play with my friends there too!

I also love going to visit Grammy and Papa- they don’t have any dogs, but sometimes in the summer they take me to Maine to swim in a big lake!

As you can see I am a big fan of naps and lazy days at home also.

This is my Mummy, Daddy, and I when I was not even a year old. They like to take me on fun adventures!
